Greetings 7(j) Eligible Small Business Participants and Resource Partners,

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering webinars brought to you by SBA’s Office of Business Development through the 7(j) Management and Technical Assistance Program’s 7(j) provider, Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC). Please view the attached marketing flyers as registration is required. The registration link is referenced in the marketing flyer. The training is for eligible small businesses located in Florida, Washington, DC, Maryland, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The training curriculum consists of the following two webinars:

  • Marketing to the Government Buyer SBA7j webinar (October 14, 2021) – In this webinar, you will learn how to market virtually to the federal government; how to position your products and services to the right departments; and, how to set your company apart from the competition.

  • How to Build an Effective Capability Statement SBA7j webinar (November 18, 2021) – In this webinar, you will learn how to build your brand in government contracting; how to set your company apart from the rest; what federal agencies expect from you; and, why it is essential to have an effective capability statement

Participants can join from a variety of devices, including desktop or laptop (PC, Mac and Linux), smartphone and tablet (iOS and Android). This makes it easy for busy small business executives to join the training from virtually anywhere without installing additional software.
